The East Region eReferral deployment team in Ontario is part of the Ontario eServices Program. This team supports the implementation and adoption of electronic referrals (eReferrals) in Eastern Ontario. They work closely with system and community partners to develop an integrated eReferral strategy that connects healthcare providers to specialists and services, improving communication between providers and patients
The East Region eConsult deployment team, supports the implementation and adoption of eConsult services in Eastern Ontario. This team works to connect healthcare providers with specialists through a secure web-based tool, facilitating timely access to specialist advice and improving care coordination
